Terms of use

Clear terms for the website, the instant demo, and our engagements — written to be read, not to hide.

Last updated: May 2026

Acceptance

By using this website, the demo, or our services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

What Enpath provides

Enpath is an AI-powered market-intelligence platform. We deliver fixed-scope products: raw market reality in, a decision-ready recommendation out — with a named method, cited sources, and a confidence score, signed by a domain expert.

Not professional advice; no guaranteed outcomes

Our deliverables are decision support, not legal, financial, tax, or immigration advice. Every recommendation carries an honest confidence level; you remain responsible for your decisions. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes — we work to materially lower the probability of an avoidable mistake.

Confidence and sources

We tier our sources (T1/T2/T3) and flag AI-inferred (T3) claims as inference, never as fact. You should weight a recommendation according to the confidence we state.

The instant demo

The instant Market Snapshot draft is an unverified AI draft, provided for evaluation. It is rate-limited and must not be relied upon as a verified report. A full Market Snapshot is the verified, expert-signed product.

Intellectual property

Site content, the path mark, and our methods are ours. Deliverables produced for a client are licensed to that client for their own decision-making, per the engagement agreement.

Fees

Engagement scope and price are agreed in writing before work begins. No hourly meter, no surprise invoices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Enpath’s liability arising from the website or the demo is limited, and our liability for paid engagements is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea upon our incorporation there; until then, by the laws applicable to the contracting entity stated in an engagement agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
